* Notes for Special Sampling plan:
Step 1: Randomly select inspection boxes by item per ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 Special Inspection Levels S-4 or S-3
Step 2.Open all selected carton to draw out enough inspection strips per General Inspection Leveis Level-II AQL 1.5. make sure the inspection samples are in average from each openned cartons.
e.g.: In case of total 860 boxes (total 86000 strips) for a item# 24424. Then need to open 20 boxes (Sample Size Code "F" for 860 lot size) at first, and then average draw out 125 pcs (Sample Size Code "K" for 2000 strips in these 20 boxes) for final inspection, Ac=5, Rj=6.
